PlayStation has revealed the release date and price for its official FlexStrike Wireless Fight Stick, which is set to launch on August 7, 2026 for the tidy sum of AUD $299.95, with pre-orders going live on June 12, 2026 at participating local retailers.
August 7 is a significant date, as it also happens to be the release date for the PlayStation-published MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, making this the perfect accompaniment for those itching to get into some superhero-based arcade action.
There’s a lot to look forward to when it comes to this particular fight stick, as it’s been designed to offer PlayStation (and PC) players something different and more geared toward ergonomics, comfort and accessibility for all levels of familiarity. It’s got an angled split design that lightly elevates the action buttons while keeping the lever area flat for optimal comfort and accuracy, and has been balanced for portability and stability.
Connectivity is also impressive, with both wired and wireless options and the ability to connect both the FlexStrike and a Pulse Elite wireless headset or Pulse Explore wireless earbuds to a single PS Link USB adapter – plus the FlexStrike comes with a new USB-C compatible adapter. The stick comes with the full suite of DualSense controller inputs, plus tool-free, swappable restrictor gates for implementing specific lever input ranges quickly and easily, which hardcore fighting fans should get a kick out of.
Lastly, the FlexStrike Wireless Fight Stick also comes with a very snazzy sling carry case included, completing what is a generous and thoughtful feature set.

- Adjustable controls and DualSense inputs: The FlexStrike wireless fight stick features the same game control inputs found on the DualSense controller**, plus a touchpad. There’s also additional customization options – you can switch directional inputs with a built-in lever mode switch, or lock in the layout and prevent accidental inputs during a match with a dedicated lock button.
