Limited Run Games has just announced the latest release in its effort to revive a host of ‘retro’ gaming classics, revealing Rugrats: Retro Rewind, a collection of six classic Rugrats games spanning the PlayStation, Nintendo 64, Game Boy/Colour and Game Boy Advance.
The package will be available for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in both digital and physical editions, including a very cool Deluxe Edition. Pre-orders for both physical versions go live from May 1 to May 31, 2026, while the digital version will be available to buy and play from May 15, 2026.
Limited Run says the games included will feature similar quality-of-life enhancements to its other classic game revivals, which means customisable screen filters, instant save/load and rewind anywhere, a digital museum of manuals and box art, and a dedicated music player to enjoy the tunes from each title.
As someone that grew up on the original PlayStation entries like Rugrats: Search for Reptar and Rugrats: Studio Tour, it’s great to see this retro pack include games spanning 8-bit handheld titles through to 3D home console games all in one collection.

This cart, complete with Game Boy Colour-style box and printed instruction manual, will also go up for pre-order on May 1, 2026, for a price of USD $49.99.
