After an unfortunate early reveal on a digital storefront spoiled the surprise, veteran portsmiths, Aspyr, have officially unveiled DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered. This revamped version of the choppy but cherished 2004 co-op action adventure game releases on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2 and PC on November 10, 2026.
This new version of the game will feature “rebuilt” visuals with updated textures, UI, cutscenes and up to 4K resolution, plus a new Photo Mode, new cheats and more. Importantly, it’s launching just early enough that there’s plenty of time to relive your childhood before diving into Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19.
