Developer and publisher, FuturLab, has unveiled its next big DLC pack for PowerWash Simulator 2, following the recent release of the very decent Adventure Time and Star Wars packs.
This next expansion represents just about the only thing that could reasonably follow up Star Wars as a big-brand crossover for PowerWash Sim 2, and that’s Barbie.
It’s a big season for Barbie in video games, with Atari and Digital Eclipse’s Barbie Rewind launching quite soon on November 12, and now the icon herself has called in the cleaning experts to help get rid of a bunch of muck and grime from some of her iconic playsets and accessories.
The Barbie Pack DLC will add five new levels to the game, including the DreamHouse itself, and Barbie’s Dream Plane and Dream Camper that both fold out to reveal their (filthy) interiors. Like the previous packs, you’ll get to clean it all in style with themed outfits and power washers exclusive to the DLC levels.
Similarly to the Adventure Time pack, players will also be armed with exclusive power washing tools designed to fit the new theme, and FuturLab promises more will be revealed between now and release.
After a slightly more costly Star Wars DLC pack, Barbie is back down to the same AUD$11.95 $ £6.50 / USD$7.99 / €7.99 price point as Adventure Time, with a release date still to be announced – for now it’s coming sometime in “late 2026.”
